3/29/18 - Opening weekend. Although I found the book to be better than the movie, Spielberg still does a great job with the visuals, fast-paced story line, and many pop culture references. I really enjoyed the acting for the most part, mainly from Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, Mark Rylance, Ben Mendelsohn, Lena Whaite, and Simon Pegg.

1/28/2018 What a great conclusion to a YA franchise. So much better than Hunger Games and Divergent every step of the way. I really look forward to seeing more of Wes Ball, Dylan O'Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Rosa Salazar, and the rest of the cast in bigger movies!

January 1st, 2018. Originally watched this as Insidious: The Last Key would arrive in theaters 4 days later, but I may have no intentions in watching the last entry. However, I found this enjoyable, but man - Dermot Mulroney really acted bad, Stefanie Scott and Lin Shaye did pretty good.
